BUILDING GENERATIONAL VALUE

STABLE HOMES

SKILLED NEIGHBORS

STRONGER COMMUNITY

When homes fall behind, families fall behind.

That’s why we partner with local income-qualified families—not just on their homes, but on their future.

HomeCare Coordination (HCC) is building generational wealth and stability by empowering homeowners with comprehensive needs assessments to pursue appropriate, strategic repairs while training a resilient trades workforce.
We are accomplishing our mission by:

Training residents in green energy construction technologies.

Coordinating comprehensive home needs assessments.
Developing long-term project plans for individual resident households to facilitate easier braiding of funds between multiple organizations.

HOW WE HELP

Real Stories. Real Impact.

One Roof. Multiple Solutions.

A single mom of four was facing major repair delays due to divorce and rising costs. We helped coordinate funding and resources to replace her dangerous roof, remediate mold, and improve insulation—bringing safety, comfort, and cleaner air back to her home.

Healthier Air For A Better Night’s Sleep.

An elderly couple struggled with mold and poor air quality for years. After coordinating air sealing, insulation, and furnace improvements, the husband no longer needs his CPAP machine to sleep.

When Safety Means Everything.

A child with autism was at risk of escaping through windows. The solution required more than alarms—it took roof repairs, electrical upgrades, and insulation planning. By aligning multiple funding sources, we helped create a safe, stable home for the entire family.

Workforce Development

The HOME (Home Operations Management Experts) Program is devoted to training a new generation of home energy professionals and contractors for a rapidly expanding energy industry sector from the neighborhoods we serve.

HOME hosts one of two green industry workforce development programs as part of the Holistic Healthy Homes (HHH) Program, funded from an U.S. EPA Environmental and Climate Justice Community Change Block Grant (ECJCCBG) through the federal Inflation Reduction Act.

Retrofit Resources

The SAVE (Safety, Air Quality, Value, Energy) Home Program works with families on energy audit assessments through long term leverage and contracting plans, to empower their homes’ preparedness and resilience.

SAVE acts to achieve Home Energy Assessments, strategic improvement planning, and resource leveraging to Income Qualified homes which may need support to navigate energy efficiency improvements with respect to health and safety challenges.
